Each mind/viewpoint different and rise of ideas/theories from the quantum sea. Also, the journey of mind and boundaries of actions flowing within a karmic dimension. Arising of deja-vu and prediction to future actions and consequences.
Application to groups and society in past, present and future. Anthropic origin of existence required for consciousness - a physical environment would lack meaning and may not even exist without the observer.
